In the most rigorous field test of ALP20 to date, an independent wind farm operator in the Asia-Pacific region monitored 123 turbines through an exceptionally active lightning season — 306 sensor-recorded strike events — then inspected the entire fleet by drone. Damage determinations were made by a third-party inspection provider, with no involvement by Arctura.

One turbine was struck repeatedly — and damaged — early in the season while uncoated. ALP20 was applied mid-season. It then took four more recorded strikes, including hits in the season’s largest storm, with no further damage.
